Promotion will be granted to a student who attains a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and an aggregate of 50% in all the Subjects. Also attendance must be 75% for promotion.

Examination will be conducted in the months of Sept. / Oct. and Feb./ March. Apart from this there will be 3 unit tests and passing in them is also

Important for promotion. The academic and round progress of the child will be regularly observed after every test and these report should be collected by the parents / guardians on the PTA meets specified in the diary. The reports must be signed and returned to the respective class teachers.

Withdrawal

• All application for the TCs (Withdrawals) must at least 30 days prior to the end of the Academic Session. Application not received as above will have to pay 3 (there) months fee. Applications received during the session will have to pay full years fee.
• T.C. will not be issued until al dues towards ehe school are paid.
• Al the rules & regulation that are in force from time to time are binding upon the pupils and parents. Ignorance of the Current rules and regulations will not be and excuse for lack of compliance.
